Settlement Is Here!

Settlement day finally arrived this week so the interesting part can get started now! Well, once I get my applications into Council to build my eave slightly over the easement at the back corner and another application for the eave on the front corner to be a bit closer to the fence than it should be. Who knows how long this will take, the guy I spoke to today thinks within 2 weeks but we all know what councils are like. Fingers crossed anyway!

You can see the peg at the front on the right for the boundry but it's a bit hard to see the back one.
The car is pretty much on the boundry, sitting where the crossover will be.

The first two pics are from around October last year and the last one is from late December. What grass there was has clearly suffered in that time!
